  • What is processing time? Processing time refers to the time between when we receive your order and when the package is packaged and handed over to the logistics carrier. This does not include transportation time (transit time).

  • Our Commitment: All orders will be processed within 2 working days after placing the order. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or statutory holidays will be processed from the next working day onwards.

  • Where do we send it to? We currently provide delivery services worldwide.

  • Our Partners: We collaborate with reputable logistics companies to ensure the safe delivery of your package.

3. Transportation efficiency and cost

The shipping cost varies depending on the destination, package weight and size, and the shipping method you choose.

  • Please note: All estimated shipping times are estimated values, calculated from the time the order is delivered to the carrier. Holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance (international orders), or other force majeure may cause delays.

4. Order Tracking

After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and query link. You can use this number to track the status of your package in real-time on the carrier's official website.

5. Undeliverable packages

  • If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete or unreachable address, it will be returned to us.

  • We will notify you via email. If you wish to resend, additional shipping fees will be required. If you request a refund, we will refund the product amount but not the original shipping fee.

6. Transport damage or missing parts

  • We carefully package each item to ensure safe transportation. But if you receive a damaged package:

    1. Please refuse on the spot and ask the courier to indicate 'damaged packaging'.

    2. If it has been signed for, please take photos immediately to retain evidence (outer packaging, contents, waybill).

    3. Contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide the order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
